Shipping

• Flat-rate shipping within the continental US; free on orders over $99.00.
• Stocked items ordered before 2:00pm PT on a business day ship the same day.
• Delivery is typically 2–5 business days. Expedited service is available on request.

Returns

• Unopened, unused stock items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
• Custom-length assemblies and cut spools are non-returnable.
• Anything that fails its optical test on arrival is replaced at our cost — email [email protected] with the order reference.

Warranty

Assemblies carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from over-tension, crushing, bend radius violation, or contaminated end faces.
